A horror cult classic directed by William A. Levey (Slumber Party '57; Blackenstein) and starring Ron Palillo (Welcome Back, Kotter), HELLGATE contains all the requisite ingredients to satisfy the appetite of any horror fan ? promiscuous university students, a naked temptress, a gang of murderous Hell's Angels, reanimated corpses, bloody dismemberment, decapitation and bucketloads of gore, not to mention a raft of groan-inducing wise-cracks, a giant mutating goldfish and a face-ripping zombie turtle!

On vacation in a remote cabin, three students pass the time recounting ghost stories while awaiting the arrival of their friend, Matt (Ron Palillo). One story tells how, back in the 1950s, a young girl named Josie (Abigail Wolcott) was abducted from the local diner by the members of a motorcycle gang and taken to the nearby ghost town of Hellgate where she was murdered. Deeply embittered by his daughter's death, Josie's father Lucas (Carel Trichardt) developed a homicidal hatred of strangers. It is told that, years later, the discovery of a mysterious life-restoring crystal in an abandoned mine shaft provided Lucas with the perfect way to avenge his daughter's death. Using the crystal to bring Josie back to life, Lucas then convinced his reanimated daughter to wander the local roads, using her beauty to entice strangers to Hellgate, where he would exact his brutal revenge on anybody unfortunate enough to fall for Josie's charms.
