Up for auktion/Ute till auktion är ett helt nytt men ej inplastat ex. av WALTER "Shakey" HORTON's liveskiva från The Union Bar, January 20,1979 i Minneapolis,MN. USA, utgiven på Pacific Blues Recording Company (PBRC9801). Walter Horton dog 1981, så detta var bland det sista som spelades in med honom.

Skivan är producerad av Richard Duran aka. Lynwood Slim och utgiven i USA 1999.

>>>"Recorded live to two track at some bar in Minneapolis in 1979, here's Big Walter fronting a pickup band for a typical set of raw and elegant harmonica blues. The best follows him good and plays with a restraint rare in a pickup band. Big Walter's in fine form, blowing with an inventiveness that only he possessed and mumbling his way through the vocals in his own inimitable way. There's eight comfortably stretched-out performances, including two instrumental jams and a nice closer of "Don't Get Around Much Anymore." There's not much of Big Walter on disc all by himself and this disc makes a nice addition to a very small but potent discography."
