Brass Yacht's Inclinometer on Rosewood Base

This is an amazingly beautiful brass inclinometer screwed into a 1-inch thick marbled rosewood base. It has a curved liquid filled vial that can measure +/- 40 degrees of tilt with great and simple accuracy. It has a glass cover and the brass face has a delectably embossed red schooner (some others for sale on ebay have a cheap paint-on job that makes the instrument look really crappy close-up.)

This clinometer is 4.3 inches (10.9 cm) in diameter, 0.7 inches (1.8 cm) thick, and weighs (600 grams). You will not get any other clinometer of this accuracy and ease of use. Instead of screwing the screwsonto your walls - all you have to do with this custom-made rosewood base is hang the clinometer onto the nearest nail. The clinometer is freshly machine-polished and that is something you will get ONLY from the manufacturer - not from importers who have old patina-covered stock. This is a great decorative and fully functional piece for your boat.
