I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article I.1. Placing an order on Tradera / NedRo confirms that you have read and accepted the terms of sale / delivery / return and payment of SC EINDHOVEN SRL Romania.
Article I.2. If you receive a product that was not ordered by you, this will immediately be report to NedRo at Tradera by clicking on CONTACT.
Article I.3. Any mistake/ error made ??by NedRo at Tradera will be reported within 7 calendar days. The person reporting will be fully responsible for the data provided.
Article I.4. All prices on this website EXCLUDE transport rates.
Article I.5. NedRo at Tradera reserves the right to investigate breach of the terms and conditions presented.
Article I.6. All information sent by users through e-mail, forms or messages are sent at their sole risk and become the property of NedRo at Tradera.
II. DELIVERY
Article II.1. NedRo at Tradera will use as shipping address the address you have registered with on Tradera or the address you communicated by e-mail. Shipping address can be changed only by explicit request by the purchaser in writing.
Article II.2. NedRo at Tradera guarantees the sending of orders for which the payment was received 100% in advance within 24 hours.
Article II.3. NedRo at Tradera guarantees the receiving of orders within 7-10 working days. If the delivery date can not be satisfied due to causes independent from NedRo at Tradera, it can not be held responsible.
Article II.4. NedRo at Tradera will charge each order with shipping fees chosen by the buyer during the CHECK OUT.
Article II.5. All items are shipped from stock immediately. If a product is not available in stock or can not be sent because of a defect, NedRo at Tradera will let you know about this and will provide an opportunity to choose another product from the current offer. If you refuse an another product, the order will be declare canceled and with no effect, and the parties will not have any liability to each other.
Article II.6. If the order is canceled but paid, NedRo at Tradera will refund the full purchase amount and any taxes, respecting the terms in Article V.1.
III. COMPLAINTS AND RETURN
Article III.1. For any object or order, the buyer has 7 days to report a malfunction, errors or mistakes of delivery. After this period NedRo at Tradera will not accept comments or complaints on the order shipped.
Article III.2. In the before mentioned time, buyers have the right to return the product/ products on which the complaint was made in advance.
Article III.3. Returning products without reporting it in advance has zero value and will not be considered, nor resolved. Buyers who return items in this way will not be compensated by NedRo at TraderaL, on the ground breaking of return regulation.
Article III.4. NedRo at Tradera reserves the right to bring into account the additional costs of control and handling for returned products if it is found that defects and damages were caused by the buyer himself.
Article III.5. Some products may only be returned in original packaging without being opened or in state in which they were sent, otherwise NedRo at Tradera reserves its right to refuse the buyers return.
Article III.6. Reporting and recall can be made ??within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the package. If the return does not occur in this period, NedRo at Tradera reserves its right to refuse any attempt of return.
Article III.7. We accept return products if:
- The return was reported/ returned within the deadline set in Article III.6.
- It was not within 7 calendar days after receiving/ picking up the package with the invoiced products.
- The article is complete.
- Article is not restricted to return.
- Article has not been used.
- Article is not destroyed/ damaged by buyers stake.
- The article is returned in original packaging.
Article III.8. Any complaint will be sent to NedRo at Tradera via the email in the Contact section.
IV. WARRANTIES AND TERMS OF GUARANTEE
Article IV.1. NedRo at Tradera issues warranties between 6 and 24 months. For each product, the warranty time, is specified on the site or on the warranty directly.
Article IV.2. NedRo at Tradera is selling also products from showroom, stand exposed, possibly returned items, no warranties will be issued for these products. Failure to guarantee will be specified in ad/ offer/ product detail.
Article IV.3. Products under warranty can be returned to the address in the Contact section of the site. Any return of items under warranty can be made only after prior contact to the customer service of EINDHOVEN SRL and our agreement to return.
Article IV.4. NedRo reserves itself a period of 21 days, within it guarantees the repair or replace of the products under warranty.
