This is a rare Zebra version of the lens made by BELOMO factory. The lens has M39 mount (it's not Leica LTM). One small cheap M39-M42 ring converts it to the common M42 mount.

The lens was fully serviced. Focusing helicoid was re-greased with dedicated lubricant.
Lens body has minor signs of wear (see pictures). Aperture blades are oil free and in perfect working condition. The glass surface is in good condition. There are no fungus and no haze. However, there are some cleaning marks and tiny dust particles inside, which is common for all vintage lenses.
