The condition of this comic book is fine.

The small island of Glenada is engulfed in civil war, and the U.S. military, the CIA, the local drug lord, and American and Isaac are all there for the action. Isaac has to deal with Favre, a dubious acquaintance from his black-ops past, and American is hunted by American troops who he refuses to fight. Meanwhile, back home, the President is under pressure from his industrialist "friends," Icon sleeps with a Hollywood superstar, and Jefferson pays a visit to retired Dr. Ellard, the man who originally gave American his powers.
