But is this computer Simms' chance to be Earth's greatest hero? Or is it simply a Pandora's Box? Said to be Bob Layton's "final statement" about the super hero genre and the nature of the Valiant Universe in particular, Doctor Tomorrow spans six decades as Simms struggles more and more desperately to hold onto his glory and ideals, even as the world around him grows darker and grimmer. Layton also inks this issue and a series of guest artists are scheduled to do work on future issues of the 12-part series.
