The Flow is a one hour DVD that contains the important cardiovascular component of the Progressive Power Yoga: The Sedona Experience system. Mark describes this DVD as follows, Progressive Power Yoga: The Flow is the quintessential anaerobic, cardiovascular 60-minute workout. Yoga is perfect for the heart both physically and spiritually. On the spiritual level, yoga is truly between you and yourself...the essential core of truth. Yoga is noncompetitive. If you use these DVDs the way I suggest, you will always progress. On the physical level, the heart is getting a workout that surpasses kick boxing, inline skating, jogging or Pilates. The workout is self weight-bearing and is always rated by Heart Associations as one of the most beneficial components of a healthy heart regimen.
