The hat was handmade in the 1970's in England

The hat is navy blue with a two pink decorative flowers and has a material lining on the underside, the hat has an elasticated string that could be used to hold the hat in place

The fascinator measures approximate 27cm across measured on the top,

The hat will fit S/M and measures approximate 50cm, please not that this hat is meant to sit on top of the head and can not be pulled down
