Everything has been function-tested before sending. These items come from different homes and are in used condition but of excellent quality.

Shipment process
Items are shipped with Postnord, DHL, UPS, or Instabox firsthand. However, if you'd like your items to be shipped with another courier, please contact us so we can ensure this happens. Your order usually ships the same or the next day, it can however take an extra day too, especially during public holidays. If you need your items as soon as possible, please let us know and we can make that happen!
NOTE! Shipping with stamps for this specific item is not available.
Returns
Not satisfied with some of your items, perhaps your entire order? Not to worry, we've got you covered!
You have the right to make a return within 14 days after you've received your order. You, the consumer, will have to cover the additional shipping costs for the return. For the consumers in Sweden, the return cost is 39 SEK flat. For consumers outside of Sweden, the return cost is 99 SEK flat. We accept returns from anywhere in the world. The return costs will be deducted from your order total before the refund is processed. You also have the option to book the return yourself if you'd prefer.
Please make sure to notify us before in the course of making a return. The product(s) that are returned need to be in the same condition as it was before sending it to you for the refund to be processed. Returning your items should be easy, we are here to help you along the way to make sure that it goes as smoothly as it possibly can.
Unclaimed parcels
Some, but not all parcels, will be delivered to a nearby service point. If the parcel returns to us unclaimed, we hold the right to deduct 150 SEK from your order. If the parcel value is below the specified amount, you will not receive a refund, and you will not owe us the difference. Therefore, please make sure you collect your parcel on time. If you need more time to collect your parcel, please let us know beforehand!

If you live outside of Sweden, please get in touch with us before paying for your items so we can adjust the shipping price for you since the shipping cost is cheaper from us directly than what Tradera has to offer.
