The werewolves (aka the Lobo Brothers) storm the Kingpin's tower and kill many of the Kingpin's lieutenants, but the Arranger narrowly escapes. Meanwhile, Spider-Man is still groggy from the virus injection that the Chameleon gave him while masquerading as J. Jonah Jameson. Will the web-slinger finally see through the Chameleon's disguise? Also in this issue, Peter and Mary Jane learn that their cousin, Kristy Watson, is suffering from bulimia. Story continues in Spectacular Spiderman 154.
