Tea was a Swiss progressive heavy rock band best known forfeaturing lead vocalist Marc Storace before he went on to frontKrokus, Switzerland’s all-time best selling rock act. In 1974 theyreleased their first single Good Times and it was followed by theireponymous debut album later the same year. In support of the album,Tea joined Queen as special guests on their first European tour andconcerts all over Europe followed. Swiss music magazine POP andtheir readers voted Tea that year’s Best Group and individuallyvoted each member of the band as the best in their instrumental orvocal category. The album was voted Best Album Of The Year. Theband would go on and release 3 albums in their little more then 5years career. Musicaly speaking is a combination of progressiverock with hard rock moves, quite popular around that time, beingsimilar with the bands they toured with like Queen and UriahHeep.
