The Six-Day War, also known as the June War, 1967 Arab–Israeli War or Third Arab–Israeli War, was fought between Israel and a coalition of Arab states (primarily Egypt, Syria, and Jordan) from 5 to 10 June 1967.

"I am an artist, musician, computer scientist and technology geek. I like to create things: photos, art, music, video, code. I sometimes mix them together, for example, writing code to create algorithmic music, or layering a bunch of photos into a piece of digital art to use as cover art for a piece of music.

My current creative passions: eclectic electronic music, nature photography, conceptual photo art.

Photography and Photo Art

My portfolio of visual art explores a variety of topics including music, science, nature and technology. Much of my work tends toward the whimsical.

I create my visual art using digital cameras, a scanner, image editing software, 3D modeling software, fractal software, a drawing tablet with digital painting software, occasional licensed content from other artists, AI image generation, and my sometimes crazy imagination. I blend it all together using various image manipulation programs to bring my imaginary scenes to life.

My photography has appeared in AWAKE Photography magazine (January 2019, April 2019, December 2020) and Artists Down Under magazine (March 2019).

My photo art has appeared in Living the Photo Artistic Life magazine (December 2015, July 2016, May 2017)." (Alan Band)

Albert Einstein and his wife, Elsa, arriving in San Diego, USA, on New Year's Eve 1930. Einstein was one of the greatest theoretical physicists in history. In 1905, whilst a patent clerk, he published 3 papers that would lead to his 1921 Nobel Prize: calculations on Brownian motion, the photoelectric effect and special relativity. In 1915 he published his General Theory of Relativity, explaining gravity as a distortion of space-time by a mass. In 1933 he moved to America, working on the Manhattan Project in WW2. Thereafter he was a campaigner for nuclear disarmament. In 1952 he declined an invitation to become President of Israel.

Albert Einstein (14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was a German-born theoretical physicist who is best known for developing the theory of relativity. Einstein also made important contributions to quantum mechanics. His mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2, which arises from special relativity, has been called "the world's most famous equation". He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect.
