This is a danish Parker Pen produced by Christian Olsen - the same company that made the PENOL fountain pens. I believe it is a 1967 version due to the imprint "7..." on the barrel but I am not sure.
It is a aerometric squeeze filler that's easy to use. The rubber sac is transparent giving a good indication of the fill of ink.
It writes nice and smooth.
