Where do you ship from? We ship all orders from Malta, part of the European Union (EU).

Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship only within the European Union (EU).
We accept orders from the following EU member countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Orders placed from countries not listed, will be automatically canceled and refunded.

How much does shipping cost? Flat rate: 15 EUR for all orders. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order? We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Do I have to pay customs or import VAT? No. Since we ship from within the EU to other EU countries, you won't pay any customs duties or import VAT.
