This pair of Jean Paul Gaultier 56-0174 sunglasses is a first-generation model released in late 1989. They are distinguished by their semi transparent acetate temple ends, unlike the later models from the 1990s, which feature black temple ends. This subtle distinction enhances their rarity, making them a highly sought-after collector's item.

The original JPG brushed chrome hard case is included and is in very good condition.
