The serial number on the front ring, thus it is an older version of the lens. Domiplan is famous for its distinctive bokeh.
The lens was fully serviced. Focusing helicoid was re-greased with dedicated lubricant.
Lens body has minor signs of wear (see pictures). Aperture blades are oil free and in perfect working condition. The glass surface is in good condition. There are some dust particles inside, which is common for all lenses of that age.
