Vintage art glass figurine and candle holder from the Kasvimaalla (In The Garden in Finnish) series. It can be a bright and unique accent in the interior.

Beautiful blue glass in the lower part of the item. Handmade one. Rather rare color in that series.

Organic design capturing essential nature patterns of Nordics in glass: ice, plants, stone, water. Such an authentic school of art glass design existed only in the second half of the 20th century in Nordic countries.

1980s. Humpilla Glassworks, Finland. Designed by Pertti Santalahti. His works, including this series, are exhibited at museums, such as Finnish Glass museum.

Height 26.5 cm. Excellent vintage condition.
