Full Description
A good reverb is never late…Nor is it early. The Afterneath arrives exactly when it means to. And that’s thanks to it intuitive controls. The length dial dictates the length of the reverbs decay, whilst a diffuse knob controls the spread of the reverb, either initiating sharper sounds with a greater attack, or a washy, ambient spell. If the reverb gets too much it can be calmed with a turn counterclockwise for a brighter sparkle, or if you want to experience the dark arts you can turn it clockwise for a mellower top-end with impeccable depth. The drag dial, which can be controlled by an expression pedal, offers spatial difference all the way to new horizons. Additional depth is provided through a Reflect control which acts a feedback control to ensure you can accurately dictate the level of echoes in your sound.
Nine magical modes
EarthQuaker Devices has designed this luscious reverb with efficient and easy to use controls, all in an effort to make achieving that luscious reverb perfectly, this led to the creation of the mode dial. The mode control works with the drag function to fully alter your sound, offering nine separate modes for specific situations, ranging from unquantized to dedicated modulation functions such as the minor scale, major scale, pentatonic, and octaves & fifths. Brilliant designed the LED displays different colours to indicate which mode you are in. Excellent use and brilliant application after using this pedal, no others shall pass!
