King of New York is a gory excursion into gangsterdom. Frank White is a South Bronx gangster, drug baron and a remorseless killer, who is released from prison only to re-establish his criminal credentials, as he sets about ruthlessly and violently reclaiming the business he has lost whilst inside.
Frank White slaughters his rivals but despite his reign of terror, donates the profits of his drug-dealing activities to the construction of a much-needed hospital in his poor neighbourhood, thereby earning the title of King Of New York.
