Welcome to Couples Workouts for Health and Happiness: Strength & Tone Together with Gina Guddat and Larry Berg, a couple's workout that will help both you and your partner get the strong, healthy body that you have always dreamed of.
This full-body strength training routine targets all the major muscle groups and includes ''couple's exercises'' designed to build muscle tone, endurance, and balance. Simple movements alternate between upper and lower body muscles, allowing a small rest and recovery period in between. Three levels of difficulty are offered so you can continue to challenge yourself and stay motivated. It requires only a pair of hand held weights - and your partner.

ABOUT GINA GUDDAT: a fitness instructor for over 30 years who has owned her own personal training studio, as well as a Licensed Couple's Therapist, Gina's goal is to see couples become healthy and happy both physically and emotionally. She knows that couples who work-out together are more likely to stay together.
