Cameo appearances by Kayla Ballantine, Captain Atlas, Shatterax, Epoch, Electron, Hobgoblin, Oracle, Scintilla, Tempest, Warstar, Glom, Moondancer, Onslaught, Solar Wind, Voyager, and the Angler. Avengers Lineup: Captain Marvel (aka Monica Rambeau), Living Lighting, Scarlet Witch, Thor, Vision, and Wonder Man. (Notes: During 1992 the Quasar title was published direct edition only. However for the three issues that featured Operation Galactic Storm; Marvel published special newsstand editions. This issue was reprinted as Quasar #2 (aka Quasar #33B). This issue was also reprinted in 2006 in the trade paperback: Avengers Operation Galactic Storm.) 32 pages.
