Root checks are available upon request.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.

Shipping Terms
Shipping is from Italy to EU countries only.

Available couriers:ONLY UPS BECAUSE IT IS THE BEST FOR SHIPPING FROM ITALY TO ALL THE EUROPE

Shipping costs range from €18 to €35, depending on location and package size.
Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases.
Shipping
is done with great care to ensure plants’ safety during transit.
However, seller is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues
caused by postal services.

Restrictions
No shipping to: United Kingdom, Switzerland.
Phytosanitary certificates are not included.
Buyers are responsible for verifying and complying with their country’s import laws and regulations.

Plants
may experience stress or minor damage during shipping. Buyers should
allow plants to acclimate before assessing their condition.

Care Instructions
Upon arrival, unpack the plants immediately and place them in a bright, indirect light area to acclimate for 24-48 hours.
For bare-root plants, repot using well-draining soil mixtures and wait 24-48 hours before watering.
Use rooting products, such as Clonex, to encourage growth if desired.
