Coated and 10 aperture blades.
Smooth focusing.
Dry aperture blades.
Smooth aperture ring.
It collapses and extends correctly and it stays put.

Small inclusions and a bit of coating loss, otherwise fine, best Summitar I have seen. Check photos, good sharpness and contrast.
