This Old Moroccan Quran Nomad Box or Case Shows Traditional Islamic Design and has some Arabic Script on the Back Panel . In Ancient Style the Box has what Looks Like a Tin Interior which is Coated with Brass and a Front Panel Coated with Finely Patterned Solid Silver and Decorated with Bone Inserts. It Measures 10 cm (4 inches ) Tall by 11.3 cm (4.5 Inches) Wide by 2.9 cm (1.2 Inches) Deep and is in Good Condition for it's Age. There are no Hallmarks on the Silver But it Looks Like Silver and of a High Quality to Me. Beautiful detail and a conversation starter!! Great accent or decorative piece in home
