Killzone 2

Developed by Guerrilla Games, Killzone 2 is the long-awaited first-person shooter only available for PLAYSTATION 3. The sequel brings players onto a highly detailed, ultra-realistic battlefield that really fuels the performance of the PS3 system.

The game continues the action from the original Killzone to PlayStation (R) 2: Two years after Helghasts attack on Vekta, ISA brings the fight back to the home planet Helghan. ISAs goal is simple: capture Helghans leader, Emperor Visari, and stop Helghasts war machine.

You play as Sev, a war-torn veteran who is a member of the special forces unit Legion. You must stop the threat from Helghan along with your group of elite soldiers. For Sev and his group, the invasion of Helghan is just the beginning. The mission is to occupy and secure the capital Pyrrhus, but the group quickly discovers that Helghast is a fearsome opponent at home. Not only have they adapted to the planets inhospitable environment, they have also acquired an energy source that they can use against ISA. Sev learns that his group is not just fighting the enemy - they are fighting the planet itself.
