Casio Exilim X-790 silver Digital Camera

Camera is in almost working condition, can take pictures and everything else works but there’s a lens problem. Sometimes it takes pictures with no problem, sometimes it takes pictures with those line (check sample pictures and video). Is therefore sold as defect!
