Monster Hunter: Rise takes place in a ninja-inspired land where you will find the village of Kamura Village. Explore lush natural areas and fight truly terrifying monsters to become the ultimate hunter.

Half a century after an almost total devastation, hunters must face a new and extremely terrifying monster with its sights set on throwing the land into chaos once again. Hunt monsters all by yourself or team up with friends and take on missions and take down massive monsters. Which weapons you choose is up to you.
Brand new ways to play are available such as Wire Action where you get to test at high altitudes and you also get a canine companion, Palamute, which is an important and exciting addition to the already powerful battles that Monster Hunter is known for.

Explore a world inspired by ancient Japan that flows constantly, with no loading times, as you move from one area to another. Learn the ways of the hunter, uncover ancient secrets and defend the world from destruction.
