This program offers a primer on various aspects of the titular art form. The thirteen areas covered include proper attire, use of space, posture and stance, poses, hand positioning, arm positioning, arm movements, basic turns and spins, head and face position, basic walk, muscle isolation, and body awareness. At the end of the program, Sohalia brings all the elements together with two bonus performances, to illustrate how it is done most beautifully and effectively.
