Condition
Our items are used and sold as shown in the pictures and any defect descriptions. Products are sold without functional testing, unless otherwise stated, meaning you buy an item for inspection in its current condition. If you are not satisfied, you always have the right of withdrawal on our auctions; you will then be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Payment
We use Tradera payment, which means that as a buyer you can choose to pay with Swish and card, among other options. We do not accept cash or gift cards, and payment in store is unfortunately not possible. Won auctions must be paid for within four days, and we reserve the right to cancel purchases not paid for within the specified time.
Erikshjälpen discounts and gift cards cannot be used for purchases on Tradera.

Shipping
The item will be shipped from us no later than four non-holiday business days after payment is received. We offer shipping via DSV within the EU, as well as pickup, read below. Please note that you choose the shipping option (DSV or pickup) before payment. After payment has been made, the shipping option cannot be changed, and any solutions may lead to higher shipping costs for you.

Pickup
Pickup takes place at the store at Stålkulegatan 2D during the store's opening hours. When the package is ready for pickup, you will be contacted via Tradera's direct message, after which you will have 15 business days to pick up the package.

Combined Shipping
We gladly combine shipping for up to a maximum of 4 items from auctions ending within 7 days. The maximum limit of 4 items is based on all items fitting into one package, corresponding to a larger moving box, considering weight, size, and fragility. Any solutions where the order does not fit in a single package may lead to higher shipping costs for you. Please note that items marked with "Ej samfrakt" or "Samfraktas ej" are shipped separately and are not combined.

Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase an item or service remotely, you have the legal right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. If the right of withdrawal is invoked, this must be communicated to us via a direct message on Tradera within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we have received the return, the amount (including shipping) will be refunded within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring that the item is well-packaged. To save the environment, you are welcome to reuse the packaging the item was sent in. Please include a note with your contact details and Tradera alias in the package when you send the item back. Please note that we CANNOT receive Registered Mail or pick up at a service point.

Complaints
Send us a direct message in case of any complaint. Include pictures and a description of the reason for the complaint.

Agent Returns - Packages Not Picked Up
We reserve the right to cancel purchases not picked up within the specified time. If an item is returned to us via an agent or not picked up within the specified time, we will refund you the amount for the item but deduct 200 SEK due to the extra work that agent returns entail for us. You will not be refunded the shipping cost. Example: If the price of your item was 300 SEK and the shipping was 49 SEK, you will therefore receive 100 SEK back.
