This listing is for a vintage Elgin Tivoli watch head. The watch features a gold-filled case and a cream-colored dial with Arabic numerals. The sub-dial for seconds is located at the 6 o'clock position. The movement is visible and marked "Elgin U.S.A." with the serial number 27592379. The inside of the case back is marked "Illinois Watch Case Co. Elgin Tivoli" and has the number 4483003.

Watch is defective, not running. Balance seems moving. Hands cannot be set and it is not starting. Sold as is, no guarantee.
