NWOBHM act Zenith, fromWeston-Super-Mare, was formed in January 1984 by Andy Sayers(Guitar and Vocals) and Cliff Evans (Guitar) joined by HaydonPalmer (Bass) and Ben Graves (Drums), Andrew Jamieson joined theband on bass in 1985, followed by Keith Townsend on drums. In 1986they recorded a 3-track single/EP containing the songs Heavy Heart,Death By Misadventure and Not Guilty recorded at Horizon Studios intheir hometown. After a couple of years, and only one demo and thesingle release, the band decided to split in 1987. This albumbrings the band back into the spotlight by collecting the materialfrom the demo and single and adding several previously unreleasedtracks from those days as bonus. Now finally there will be a greatopportunity for many more to experience the excellent music ofZenith.
