WhenMelbourne act Pegazus decided it was time to record a live albumthey really took the right decision. They were at their hight oftheir career after releasing the two strong albums Breaing TheChains (1999) and The Headless Horseman (2002). Theese two albumsas well as their 1997 Wings Of Destiny is the backbone of thisrelease and it shows that the band has some great songs up theirsleeve. Some true blood pumping metal anthems based on thetraditional 80s NWOBHM sound. Teh album is ercorded at the CentralClub in Melbourne on the 20th of September 2003, during theirThunder From Down Under Tour.The set list during the tour waspretty much a best of type of list from the bands whole repertoire,which included nearly half of the new album The Headless Horseman,and the rest of the live set was a great mixture of fan favoritetunes from the previous two studio albums, Breaking The Chains andWings Of Destiny. The band also did a few covers like Judas Priestcrowd anthem United and Iron Maiden’s Wrathchild (the second oftheese covers can be found on this album). There are no failureswith this release, a great heavy metal live album full of catchyanthems. If you think this isnt enough then you have a bonus discwith no less than 6 previously unreleased demo versions of songsfrom the Headless Horseman recording sessions. Fans of the bandneed this one
