§ 1 ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a purchase, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions. Is anything unclear? Ask us BEFORE purchasing.
§ 2 CONDITION OF THE ITEM
The above condition description is our own opinion of the item's condition. Condition assessment can vary from person to person. This item is sold as is, therefore no guarantee is given.
It is your responsibility to form your own opinion of the item and then purchase/abstain. Feel free to come for a viewing, inspect the item on-site, or request more information preferably BEFORE purchasing.
Pictures in the listing: please note that the camera, lighting, and other effects affect image quality. The buyer is aware that only what is listed is included in the listing (we state this because sometimes, very late, it is noticed that other images end up on the wrong listing!)
§ 3 PAYMENT Prepayment no later than 3 days after purchase via Tradera payment. We can wait until payday upon request.
§ 4 INSPECTION/EXAMINATION OBLIGATION It is your responsibility to form your own opinion of the item and then purchase/abstain. Come and inspect the item on-site or request more information BEFORE purchasing.
§ 5 VIEWING, COLLECTION/PICK-UP, DELIVERY, SHIPPING, COMBINED SHIPPING
Request an appointment and address for viewing and collection.
Shipping: You pay. The stated shipping price applies within mainland Sweden.
The shipping price includes packaging and handling fees. Our shipping prices cannot be compared to other sellers.
We can combine shipping as much as possible, max. 20 kg. Read on Tradera how to request combined shipping. If you request combined shipping after you have paid for shipping for each item, the right to a refund is forfeited, and we reserve the right to send your purchases in one or more packages. However, the difference can be credited upon request.
Collection within 3 days after purchase at the latest.
Uncollected-/returned package: You are responsible for the return cost in case of incorrect delivery information or uncollected package. If the item is to be sent back, new shipping costs will apply. For failure to complete a binding purchase/bid, you will be invoiced for SEK 60 incl. VAT for handling fees. If you do not collect the package/letter, you will be charged SEK 300 incl. VAT, which will be deducted from the order value, and we will resell the items.
Delivery method, supplier: We reserve the right to change both the delivery method and the supplier. If this is important to you, please notify us BEFORE the item is shipped.
Delivery time: normally, we ship items from our premises no later than 4 days after payment is received.
Delivery address: The address you provided on Tradera at the time of booking is the one we will use when booking shipping. The item will be sent to your address or to a pick-up point based on your postal code. If the item is to be sent to another address, you must change the address in your Tradera profile before purchasing.
§ 6 RETURN/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/COMPLAINT/OPEN PURCHASE/EXCHANGE RIGHT
Return: all returns, regardless of the reason for return, must be sent to our store address, which you can find on the order.
Right of withdrawal: must be notified to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Return shipping is paid by you.
Returns may not be sent cash on delivery. Returned items not covered by the right of withdrawal are stored by us for collection by the buyer. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in unchanged condition. We have the right to compensation for depreciation. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition as when it was sent from us.
Complaint: you are responsible for inspecting the condition of the item as soon as possible after receipt. In case of transport damage, you must contact us as soon as possible.

§ 7 CUSTOMER SERVICE: We only have customer service via the message box on Tradera under "My Purchases," we do not answer phone calls or SMS. The email address can be found on your order page. We respond in order as quickly as possible.
