Selling to a private individual
When you sell something to a private individual, for example on Blocket or Tradera, consumer legislation does not apply. Instead, the Purchase Act applies, but it is not mandatory. This means that you and the buyer can make your own agreement that applies over the law.

Installment payments can be made if the customer and SAGA-77 agree on the length of the installment plan, a maximum of 4 months, and the total value of the coin(s) exceeds SEK 4,000:-. The coin(s) will not be sent to the customer until the full amount has been paid. If the customer breaks the installment plan after the first month, no money will be refunded; it is considered a deposit. If the customer cancels after the second payment, one payment will be refunded, and similarly, if they cancel after the third payment, 2 payments will be refunded.

Notes/coins with a cost exceeding SEK 1,500:- are not stored at SAGA-77's postal address but are kept within the banking system.
Purchases of such items therefore have a one-day longer delivery time than normal before being sent as a registered letter/package to the buyer.
