We sell both new and used products. If it says (Nieuw) before the product name, it means that the product is brand new and purchased from the supplier. Regarding board games, all board games are new from the supplier, i.e. no used board games are sold.
When buying used products: Expect that download codes that come with them are used. This is because these products are sold in used condition, unless otherwise stated.
Condition as in the picture. If the box and manual are included, this will be clear from the picture.
We do not ship internationally.
All of our used products are function-tested and work.
We of course combine shipping for your order, and in these cases, we only charge the highest individual shipping cost for the entire purchase.
We usually ship the items within 24-48 hours after receiving payment, if there is a delay we will contact you.
Make sure to have your user information updated on Tradera's before you order so that the address is correct. As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005:59) when you buy from us. In case of return, it is you as the buyer who is responsible for the shipping, and we refund the money within 30 days.
