We sell both new and used products. If (New) is stated before the product name, it means the product is brand new and purchased from the supplier. For board games, all board games are new from the supplier, meaning no used board games are sold.

When purchasing used products: Assume that any included download codes are used. This is because these products are sold in used condition, unless otherwise stated.

Condition as per image. If the box and manual are included, it will be shown in the image.

We do not ship internationally.

All our used products have been function tested and work.

We combine shipping for your order, and in these cases, we only charge the single highest shipping cost for the entire purchase.

We usually ship items within 24-48 hours after payment is received. If there is a delay, we will contact you. Please ensure your user details are updated on Tradera before ordering so that the address is correct. As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59) when you buy from us. For returns, you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping costs, and we will refund the money within 30 days.

For returns, please contact us beforehand. For returns of used items, the condition of the item must be exactly the same as when you received it. If the condition has deteriorated, we reserve the right to refuse the return or make a deduction for depreciation from the refunded amount.

For returns of new products, the item must be unused and the packaging must not be opened, nor any seal broken. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the packaging is damaged, the seal is broken, or if the item has been used. You are responsible for packaging the item well and ensuring that it arrives undamaged.

New products have a 1-year warranty.
Used products have a 3-month warranty.
