Batmans biggest enemies have fled the Arkham Asylum Mental Hospital, spreading chaos throughout Gotham City. If you want to capture supervillains like the Joker and the Penguin, you have to use Batmans amazing stuff and drive vehicles, either by yourself or by collaborating with a friend.
