PURCHASE TERMS

Condition
The item is used and sold in its existing condition. Any defects are shown in the pictures and the item description. Electrical items and watches are generally not functionally tested; if it states functionally tested, we have only tested that electrical products receive power, but not their properties. This means you can purchase the product for inspection in its existing condition. You have a return policy if you are not satisfied or change your mind, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We do not compensate for battery replacement or repair attempts.

Collection
Payment must be made the day before collection, as we need to administer your winning bid/item.
Payment on site is not accepted as the item has not been processed and is not available for collection. Payment cannot be made at the checkout.
Items will be handed over upon presentation of an ID card. Bidders must present both their identification. You will collect your won item at Stockholms Stadsmission Secondhand Outlet Västerhaninge.

Deadline for collection and non-collection
Won items must be collected within 14 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
If collection does not occur within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase. In such a case, the purchase price will be refunded minus a deduction of SEK 85, which covers reasonable costs for handling, packaging, administration, and re-listing of the item. The item will then be sold again.
Bring help for carrying!

Delivery and Combined Shipping
If you win more than one auction on the same date, the shipping price will be adjusted on Monday-Tuesday after the auction closes. Combined shipping is arranged up to a maximum weight of 20kg and if the items fit in a moving box. Inside "Mitt Tradera" you will see when the adjustment has been made. We can only combine shipping for items won on the same date. We do not combine shipping between different weeks. If you buy multiple items on the same date, one or more of which are marked with "WILL NOT BE COMBINED FOR SHIPPING", you will need to purchase additional shipping. In these cases, we will contact you.
Only buyers within the EU / Only buyers within EU.
We cooperate with DSV. The goods are shipped with DSV as quickly as possible and always within 5 working days after payment.

Payment and Right of Withdrawal
Upon winning an auction, payment should be made immediately. We only use Tradera payment, which means you can choose to pay via Swish, card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Trustly through links. If payment is not made within five days, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, and you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. More information about returns can be found under the "Info" tab on our store page on Tradera.
