Rival Sons - Lightbringer - LP

Lightbringer delivers an even more significant impact than its predecessor. Rival Sons aimed for a balance of energy and meaning between the two albums. While Darkfighter marked a new direction for Rival Sons, Lightbringer delves deeper, reflecting more self-exploration and a quest to determine the band's current and future identity. Their journey during the creation of these albums was marked by greater challenges and compromises, which they believe allowed them to truly find their essence and direction.

Both Darkfighter and Lightbringer were recorded during sessions throughout 2021, with the band once again collaborating with their trusted producer, Dave Cobb. The earlier release of Darkfighter received widespread acclaim during the summer.
