We do not compensate for battery replacement or attempted repairs.

Collection
Payment must be made the day before collection, as we need to administer your winning bid/item.
Payment on site is not accepted as the item has not been processed and is not available for collection. Payment cannot be made at the checkout.
Collection requires presentation of ID. Bidders must present both their IDs. You collect your won item at Stockholms Stadsmission Secondhand Outlet Västerhaninge.
Opening hours:
Wednesday - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Deadline for collection and no-show
Won items must be collected within 14 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
