Destiny is the upcoming novelty of the creators of Halo and the publisher of Call of Duty.

When Traveler arrived, everything changed. It ushered in a golden age when our civilization spread throughout the solar system. However, that era did not last forever. We were hit by someone who knocked us to our knees. The survivors built a city under the Traveler called the City and began exploring our old worlds - only to find them full of dangerous enemies.
