The outside body has little marks due to usage, can be seen in the last picture.
Very little dust which is pretty hard to see under a light. So I would say it will not influence any image quality.
Autofocus is more noisy than the newer version lens, so as an old lens might not be ideal if you want to use it for a lot of quiet videos with autofocus.
Manual focus is nice to use, you just pull down the focus ring so to unlock the focus ring, set to manual focus on camera, then the focus ring turns as if it is an old mechanical lens.
