All the buttons work perfectly and right joystick has zero stick drift just like a new controller.
However, left joystick has issues: occasional stick drift, imperfect circularity, and some scratches on the joystick cap, I recommend you replace the left joystick if you plan to use this controller for competitive gaming.
Comes in original box, with two new batteries included.
