For sale is a beautiful and highly collectible men's vintage Bulova Accutron "CK" Calendar from 1970. Inside is the legendary Accutron 2181 tuning fork movement.
Instead of ticking like a standard mechanical watch, the seconds hand sweeps completely smoothly around the dial, and the watch emits its characteristic vintage "humming" sound.
Case: Stainless steel (Cushion/TV-case), approx. 36mm
Dial: Two-tone dark gray / anthracite with a red sweep seconds hand
Special feature: Rare red date display at 6 o'clock, perfectly matching the red seconds hand
Strap: Black leather strap
Condition and Functionality:The watch has been tested and is fully functional. It keeps accurate time and the date changes exactly as it should. Cosmetically in very nice condition for its age with some honest, minor vintage wear.
