Note: The CMOS battery is subject to wear and is not covered by the warranty or included in the sales offer. An indication of battery wear (a common issue in this model) is an orange blinking light on the first startup only right after connecting the power adapter for the first time. The battery is only used to maintain the time in the BIOS, which is not an issue for normal use, as the operating system will automatically synchronize when connected.
