DC adapter is working as expected and included in shipment.
The #1 RJ45 port of this switch is defective, but all other RJ45 ports are working well.
The rightmost SFP+ port (#11) has physical damage that the metal pin for securing SFP+ modules is broken. However, port's electronic and network functionalities remain intact and robust once the SFP+ module is plugged in firmly.
Three SFP+ ports work perfectly with BCM57810S, BCM57414, ConnectX-3 and ConnectX-4 Lx.
WARNING: this switch did not work with X520 and XXV710 under either SFP+ optical modules or DAC.
