A beautiful handmade long glass vase in excellent condition with some slight trace of use (please see the photos). Famous Rainbow collection, green, designed by Michael Bang for Holmegaard 1970. Height = 23cm, diameter = 7,9cm. Light-weight (430g).

PACKING
1-3 days. Most of the time, I ship very quickly. I pack very securely and have all photo proofs.

CAN YOU ASK ME TO WAIT WITH SHIPPING?
Sure! Please let me know as soon as possible! I can wait and not ship your paid order for up to several months, if you are away and cannot collect your parcel. This can also help you avoid extra shipping costs, if you plan to buy more items from me and need to wait until the auction(s) end.

COMBINED SHIPPING
Yes! I combine shipping and try to make it as profitable for you as possible. BUT some items should go separately, so please ask me, if I combine particular items, BEFORE you bid!

WHAT IF YOUR PARCEL IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Take clear and detailed photos of the damaged item and damaged box. These are your proofs for the shipping company – it should refund you in full, if it’s their fault. Let me know of the damage as soon as possible. Keep the damaged item and damaged packing until the issue is resolved!

DO I REFUND?
No! I am sorry, but I do not refund if the item: a) has small signs of use (I SELL PRE-OWNED THINGS); b) is damaged or lost during shipping (it’s the shipping company’s responsibility); c) is not collected by you on time for any reason.
