This is a vintage G-Plan Model 6250 swivel armchair in blue vinyl upholstery.
Design and History: Often called the ”Blofeld” chair, this iconic wingback design was famously featured as the villain's chair in James Bond films such as You Only Live Twice.
Features: It features a 360-degree swivel action, a high wingback with button detailing, and the original Rosewood four-branch wooden base on castors.
Designer: Designed by Paul Conti and manufactured by G-Plan in the United Kingdom starting in the 1960s.
Size: Chair H100 × W89 × D87cm
Bought in London 20 years ago. The arms have some cracking in the upholstery but very good considering its age.
