I sell a pair of Bose QuietComfort 35 with a broken/missing switch.
If the switch is fixed, the headphones can sound normally. I tested them (listening music at 60% volume) for 5 hours and the battery went from 100% to 90%.
Both the plastic switch and the component need to be replaced.
The ear cushions were replaced recently.
